I've got a question, if you wouldn't mind hearing me out. Would you mind if I "pixelized" your picture in Minecraft? I've done it with a couple of the BF3/BC2 soldiers. A magician never shares his tricks, but how the hell did you put the skull there and replace it with his head? Really aspiring Digital Artist and would LOVE to be able to do things like this. Help a brother out?
I basically took the image of the skull, slapped it over the soldier's layer, trimmed the shape (using a layer mask so mistakes can easily be corrected) so it matches with the helmet and straps, then added layers on top of that (clipped) with black and orange (brush) to show depth, shadows and the fire's glow. if you know your PS terms, this should make sense...if not, I recommend learning clipping masks, layer masks and non-destructive editing. it really helps.
